Note from the practitioner: “Transition support with the issuing of letters of indication as part of treatment in the psychiatric outpatient clinic, i.e. for people with mental illnesses such as depression or anxiety disorders. The person should live in the catchment area of Bezirkskliniken Schwaben. The appointments take place in the outpatient clinic of the BKH Kaufbeuren. Video therapy is not possible. The connection to a trans* counseling center should already have been made.
