"My name and title were taken into account immediately despite the prescription being different. After that, I never had to make corrections and the correct form of address was a matter of course. My impression was that the practice is not explicitly sensitised to dealing with trans people, but is very open to all suggestions and very quick to implement them consistently and individually. The practice's changing rooms are binary gendered. The blinds in the rooms (some of which are visible from the outside) are only closed on request."
