Comments
‘The secretary is a bit brusque on the phone, but not disrespectful.’ | ‘I was treated there as a day patient for about 3 months. My queer identity was accepted without hesitation and the staff expressed that they consistently take action against queer hostility. A few of the therapists had advanced knowledge about queerness and were open to criticism, which is why I am happy to give this rating.’ | ‘The environment and staff at the clinic are mostly white. I can't give any far-reaching information about how a person affected by racism would feel there. However, I have found the clinic team to be open to criticism and sensitive to discrimination.’
