‘I haven't had any negative experiences regarding my trans identity. When I first contacted him, I asked what name I could/should give, as the old name was still on the documents. Mr Schmidt's answer was: ‘What do I care what it says? How would you like to be addressed?’ | Mr Schmidt is also helpful and explains how voice training is covered in full by the health insurance company, i.e. not just a maximum of this or that number of sessions. I only paid the co-payments for all the therapy sessions I had with him.’
