"Even before my transition, I enjoyed going to Mr Klein's practice because he takes a lot of time, listens well and is understanding. When I needed a certificate from him as part of my therapy, he reacted sympathetically and told me that he would make an effort to address me by my correct pronouns in future. Afterwards, when I returned to the practice for another matter, I was still greeted with my wrong pronoun at the reception (because I had a medical card), but afterwards I was called by the correct pronoun in the waiting room. I assume that Mr Klein informed his staff about my situation and they simply accepted it."
