"As far as the people at the registration desk are concerned, it always depends on who is there at the time. Many are very nice, but some are rather rough. I would always recommend an appointment in the morning and until noon." / "From September / end of the year, psychotherapy should probably be possible there again." / "The experience with substitutes when Mr Ayami was on holiday or sick was unfortunately not so good.
