"Patience is required on the phone, as it is not always manned. However, we get back to you quickly by e-mail. The clinic staff are friendly, approachable and discreet. As it is the only HIV-focused treatment centre in Rostock and there are special HIV consultation hours (where PrEP treatment is also provided), diagnosis-related anonymity is only given to a limited extent."
