Comments
"Online appointment setting where I indicated that I am trans*. At the on-site registration, the scope was very friendly and respectful. It was asked once what my correct form of address was. My information was respected, I was also called as requested." | On the website there is additional information for refugees in German, English and Ukrainian. | "I was called by my chosen name. The anamnesis form is gendered with the double designation ‘patients’. The question on the form about contraception definitely refers to heterosexual relationships. I was not reproached for the fact that my last check-up was 10 years ago. Very pleasant and respectful treatment. I had the feeling that the practice and the doctor were already used to dealing with trans* and non-binary people. It's nothing special there. In any case, she had already treated several people who wear binders." | "In the form for new patients, both female and male patients are addressed. During the first interview, the salutation and transidentity were explained, since the call with surname and in the doctor's consultation with the correct salutation. The form of address was once incorrect in an email, but after I pointed it out, it was corrected and has been used correctly ever since." | ‘The attending doctor saw on the forms that I was recorded as diverse and asked me how I preferred to be addressed. She later enquired whether any operations were pending.’
