The doctor (Dr. Pomares) took me and my concerns very seriously after I had previously had a very bad experience in another practice and with the diagnosis. The staff at the blood test are also always very friendly and patient, even though I always find it difficult to have my blood taken. As an overweight black woman, I have only had good and respectful experiences so far. Unfortunately, the practice is difficult to reach by phone and it takes a while for an initial appointment to become available. However, the wait was more than worth it for me personally."
