Comments
“A serious (!) effort was made to use the correct pronouns and form of address. And this was also implemented very well. Unfortunately, misgendering still happened 1-2 times (in relation to the entire practice staff). There is a unisex toilet (double-binary-gendered). There was no examination/name form to fill out. Dgti ID name before official name change was no problem. I experienced the contact as very respectful. At the beginning, they often asked how I was doing and how the last treatment had affected me. Individual needs were also taken into consideration. The practice is in a quiet location. My perspective: non-binary & neurodivergent.”
