"The contact was always very friendly and respectful. We were always answered or called back quickly, and the patients' gender identity was always taken into account. During the treatment I had a relationship with a non-binary person. Mrs Schnor was very respectful of gender identity and was always willing to read up on things she didn't know. She was also always open to non-monogamous relationships and took them seriously."
