"The anamnesis form is not yet neutral, but I mentioned that I would like to be addressed as they them and my chosen name... And, above all, that I didn't want to be called ‘Mrs’ and it was immediately recognised in a very friendly manner and the name in my file was adjusted and I was addressed as such. Every step was taken very sensitively and made understandable for me as a traumatised and autistic person. The doctor was nice and paid attention to my fears so as not to overwhelm me."
