"Making an appointment via the website was very easy. Medical history was taken in person and not with a sheet. All the staff at the practice were nice and respectful. Mrs Gausepohl dealt with my problems individually. She was very understanding of my concerns about treating my symptoms with the pill and went through all the other options with me in detail. As I don't need hormonal contraception because I'm in a relationship with a cis woman, this point in particular was very important to me. I always felt well understood and in good hands."
