"The receptionist used the wrong pronouns a few times and I was addressed as Mrs (I am Trans ftm). After I addressed this, I was always addressed correctly. I was always addressed by the doctor with the correct name and pronouns, I have never felt so valued, taken seriously and well looked after, the doctor is very empathetic. Every question about trans issues and hormone therapy could be asked and answered. (I am not the first trans patient and not the only one in his treatment)."
