"Friendly, respectful. Sometimes confused about pronouns/titles, but mistakes are noticed and corrected. Referral letter (for non-binary person) was gender-neutral.‘ | ’Does not seem to fully understand non-binary identities, but still treats them with respect and readily issues referrals for hormone therapy.‘ | ’Does not issue referrals for surgery. Does not issue referrals for existing autism diagnoses."
