"I came to the practice with an acute earache during emergency consultation hours. The people at reception were very nice. When I asked them to address me as "Mr.", they accepted this without comment. (So no "Ah, that's not on the card yet" or anything like that) I was even asked for my first name, which the person at reception entered into the system. As requested, I was addressed/called correctly without any problems. The doctor was very friendly and there were no unnecessary comments that were not part of the treatment. When I was finished, the person at reception stopped me again and asked if she had spelled my first name correctly. I corrected her and that was no problem at all."
