Comments
"The therapist takes you very seriously and is very validating and calm. She is not new to issues around being trans and deals with them accordingly. The "practice manager" (she works at reception) is trans-friendly, sometimes a little unfriendly. You get emails as appointment reminders. As these are linked to the system, they still have the wrong salutation and the wrong name. The diagnostic questionnaires are the "standard questionnaires" that you get at what feels like every place in the field of youth psychotherapy/psychiatry. Accordingly, they also include strange questions (about sexuality, gender). You can't answer questions or leave them blank without asking."
