‘The staff are friendly, but sometimes very confused; unfortunately they can't do much with non-binary people and only sometimes manage to use the correct gender, otherwise they use ’he pronouns‘ for all patients because there are almost only trans* men there and they assume that everyone wants to be addressed like that’
