‘I was asked politely, “How should I pronounce your name?”’ | ‘I find Dr Rhein to be extremely conscientious and considerate, for example when dealing with the issue of “brace use”. At the same time, I don’t get the impression that Dr Rhein has a great deal of experience in this area.’
