"The practice staff are very nice, the new medical history form is neutral. You can ask if it is possible to be addressed/called differently - then this will be implemented as well as possible (depending on when someone new works there, it can sometimes be forgotten by the new person, then simply ask again). Important: If you are physically disabled and cannot climb stairs, mention this when making the appointment. As there are also treatment rooms on the 1st floor and no lift there (yet). Sometimes the routine examinations still take place there, but it is to be changed that only certain treatments take place there, but the practice is still being renovated on the 1st floor."
