"The MFAs on the phone were always friendly, e.g. when making appointments or ordering prescriptions. You can simply say directly at the registration desk or in the consulting room which form of address or pronouns you use. However, nothing has changed in my name or the pronouns, so I can't guarantee 100% to what extent the practice respects this. I informed Dr Vogel during the consultation that I am non-binary or agender/asexual. She accepted this without any problems and did not comment negatively or dismiss it. She also gave me other addresses that I could turn to, e.g. for gender issues, as the practice itself does not specialise in this. I can't remember the medical history form as I've been a patient there for a long time. But I've never seen anyone fill anything out there either. I haven't yet been treated by the second doctor, Mrs Fugunt, as she is new to the practice, but she sat in on my appointment where I talked about my asexuality and being agender and participated constructively and appreciatively in the conversation and provided further points of contact that I can turn to if I have any problems. I informed the practice that I was agender, but did not express any pronoun requests or the like and was not asked about them. However, it was noted in my file. It is advisable to speak to them directly when registering."
