Dr. Robert Krätschell

‘All the employees were always friendly to me. My pronouns have been used correctly since the beginning. My gender identity was never questioned. Just like my decisions for/against an examination or similar. Dr Krätschell is very courteous and has never tried to persuade me to do anything. He is very sensitive during his examinations and always says what he is going to do or announces it before he touches me. Even if I'm in pain, he stops and waits for a sign that he can continue.’ | ‘Correct speech has been used since the beginning. Consultations are complete and without judgement. Decisions are not questioned.’ | ‘I didn't mention that I'm queer, but as a female-read person, he took my pain seriously. And he didn't ask or question me when I mentioned that I didn't need the pill for contraception. I felt completely at ease. And after many bad experiences, I cried with relief after the treatment.’
