"I was always treated with respect. Symptoms that are often not taken so seriously in people read as female were taken seriously. Instead of preconceptions, there was a comprehensive diagnosis. I was always able to come in for a consultation without having to make an appointment beforehand. Very pleasant if you don't like phoning."
