"Poor availability by phone, but once a patient is in, very respectful treatment and nice practice team and OK appointment allocation. The practice and I are currently testing out the next visits to see how well the system can remember my elective names and when it will be overwritten by the data on the health insurance card chip. | The two younger colleagues, Adami and Schmetz, are understanding and highly recommended. The two older colleagues should be avoided if you are depressed, as you feel judged, but as GPs they are always capable and it's not so badly unpleasant that you can't do it too. If an older colleague talks a lot about a topic that is not really their concern (this happened to me with depression), just nod with a smile and take the letter with you. In any case, always listen to the younger ones, they always give you good tips or nice words to take with you." | "It's difficult with the system before a change of civil status, but they make an effort. Dr Schmetz always uses the correct form of address. I can't say anything about the medical history form because I don't remember it. In general, they don't talk about my gender identity if it's not an issue. So I feel very comfortable there."
