Forms were originally very binary gendered and heteronormative, but they are working on it. I particularly like the fact that my chosen pronouns and gender-neutral form of address are used on the telephone, in emails and in direct contact as soon as the staff can classify me ‘in the system’, where they have apparently noted this. When I was recently misgendered in an automatically generated email salutation, I received a phone call shortly afterwards with a brief apology <3 The information material on display is largely cis-heteronormative, but the staff are absolutely respectful towards me as a non-binary trans* person/single parent by choice.
