"I am always treated with respect, even if new employees are sometimes confused. The medical history forms are NOT formulated in a gender-neutral way, but that didn't bother me. The waiting room is completely pink, with baby pictures on the walls. I am allowed to wait in a separate room so that it is more comfortable for me. I am always addressed as he/him."
