"No matter what the appointment was for (treatment or just a check-up), Dr Avci always took a few minutes beforehand to ask how things were going and to make a note of important things, ask about things from the last visit, etc. During proctological examinations, he always announced what he was doing and where he was. The help present was not unpleasant either. Dr Avci was unimpressed by the trans issue (= it is not unusual). However, he also directly offered to call a clinic regarding trans sensitivity and to have a conversation with them ‘in advance’. The other staff in the practice (information, anaesthesia and performance of gastroscopy and colonoscopy, recovery room, etc.) were also always friendly and respectful."
