"The receptionists can be a bit challenging at times, but names and pronouns are accepted and used, even if they haven't been officially changed yet. The doctor himself listens really well and takes time for you. The practice isn't explicitly specialised in queer and trans people, but I've never been asked stupid questions or received stupid comments. Instead, I've always felt that the staff are happy to learn and take you very seriously. Mental health issues are also taken very seriously."
