‘The reception team was very friendly and attentive. Pronouns were no problem at all, and there were no strange looks as to why I, as a man, was going to the gynaecologist. In addition, they noticed that I felt uncomfortable in the waiting room and offered me the option of waiting in an empty treatment room! I was very pleased and it actually made me feel more at ease.’
