“I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Schmidt since 2019. At that time, my outpatient care provider contacted him by phone. However, he also has an email address, which he provided upon request. I can't comment on the questionnaires/pronouns, as I am read as female and have never had to fill out any forms. But the MTAs and Dr. Schmidt are really very nice.”
