"Contact was always friendly and helpful, pronoun/call type was actively requested at registration (however, I don't know if this is always the case or was read from my rather masc presentation)" / "Unfortunately, the practice is only accessible via stairs or a narrow old elevator. The doors to the practice are heavy. My walker only fit through the door folded. This could theoretically have been opened further, but it would need help. Especially with larger electric wheelchair or without accompaniment I see the building / the practice as difficult to not accessible at all."
