"The practice staff are always easy to contact and very kind and respectful. As I don't use any special pronouns, I can't judge whether these would be used. Dr Thoden is always available, you get an appointment quickly and he is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to PREP. He seems approachable and you feel very comfortable and well treated. I have always been able to discuss other ‘worries’ or ailments and he has always helped me. I'm always happy to go to him."
