"On my first visit, I still had my dead name on my health insurance card and forgot to tell reception that I should be called Mrs X. And what happened? I was called ‘Mrs X’ anyway and was respectfully asked on the way into the treatment room whether that was correct. That's how respectful and empathetic everything is at the practice." | "Was asked about my pronouns and preferred names on my second visit. I was also addressed in a gender-neutral way beforehand. The data from my supplementary ID was stored without further ado."
