"I was received respectfully, but I don't think I had any problems being addressed correctly here with she/her pronouns. I can't say what it's like with he/him or neopronouns. Dr Mahlke also spoke to me about the issue of hormones. However, as I was already receiving them elsewhere, I declined. I think she would also try to help trans women here. However, she noted that there were problems (without a name change) with the health insurance company."
