"It usually works out well that my pronouns and form of address are used. Mrs Ziegler is very respectful, patient and friendly. She seems to know a lot about hormone replacement therapy, is experienced and is also open to suggestions for changing medication. I feel that I am in good hands at the practice. Note: Availability by phone is poor, but emails are answered quickly. Occasionally there was misgendering by practice staff, who apologised after being approached. However, Mrs Ziegler has consistently addressed me correctly and is very respectful."
