"I (trans male, white) wrote in the commentary of the online form when booking an appointment that I am trans and use the form of address (Mr/Her/Hein). I was then not misgendered once in the practice (which had always happened in all other practices). The anamnesis sheet is not gender-neutral, but the personal contact was unagitated and pleasant".
