They passed me on to a permanent member of staff, who was absolutely professional. I think everyone there is actually very open-minded. At the practice on the day of the appointment, everyone was friendly and professional, and no one was in the least bit surprised to see a man coming in for an appointment. The way they addressed me, pronouns, etc. – everything was perfect. However, I have already changed my name and am passing, so I can't judge how it would be otherwise. There is a women's toilet and a gender-neutral toilet. The doctor herself was also knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. She is very understanding if you are nervous or visiting a gynaecologist for the first time. She asks about transition during the treatment to distract you and is empathetic and open-minded. She also offers pre- and post-operative care for hysterectomies. I highly recommend her."
