"I was there as a trans woman for breast cancer screening (after VÄ/PÄ). Was treated respectfully, pronouns etc correct." | "I booked the appointment via Doctolib, so I had no contact with the practice employees beforehand. The registration form is digital on a tablet, which means that there are a few restrictions when filling it out, but so far quite good, e.g. neutral questions about the status of the relationship. It was also asked about (COVID) vaccination/recovery status. The personal contact was very respectful and professional. I am cis female and use her/his pronoun, but consider the gynecologist to be respectful towards trans people. When I briefly mentioned my lesbian relationship ", this was nodded as a matter of course and was not questioned. The treatment room is very pleasantly set up, since the desk and the treatment chair are in two connected rooms and are therefore visually separated. The gynecologist also seems sensitive to potential trauma backgrounds. The gynecological examination was also sensitive, she made some small talk during this and at the same time described what she is doing and what she is going to do next, all in a very reassuring way or similar. All in all, as pleasant as gynecological exams can be, the gynecologist was very nice." | Narrow doors within the practice.
