"Dr. Engel is very friendly and approachable, as are the other staff members in the practice. Appointments can always be made without any problems, and Dr. Engel is always available by email. / Dr. Engel is very open towards trans* people and openly admits when she is not so familiar with a topic or certain aspects and then informs herself in order to better respond to you. I think that's important and good, because unfortunately not all doctors want to admit that they don't know something so well and then possibly treat you wrong."
