"I was treated respectfully by all the practice staff, I am not aware of the use of gender-neutral language in the medical history form. The availability by phone is unfortunately limited because of the high volume of patients, but it is possible to come in without an appointment. / Further training on STDs and non-judgemental counselling/treatment. In addition, routine examinations and prescription of PreP are also non-judgemental and at eye level." / "I have no information on the treatment of trans*/inter* persons and therefore cannot make a statement.
