"I am a trans man without a father/partner The staff asked me in a very sensitive and respectful manner at the registration desk whether the name/address on my health insurance card was correct. When I asked them to call me ‘Mr’ it was no problem at all and they immediately noted it in the system and the doctor herself was also very open and respectful."
