"Was immediately treated in a friendly and respectful manner. The correct pronouns were used. Has attended previous surgeries and respectfully accompanies the aftercare, liaises with the operating doctor. She was also absolutely involved in breast reconstruction from the beginning (diagnosis) to aftercare."
