Clinic | ‘My passing is good & marital status changed, so no big surprise that my pronouns were respected, wasn't out at first either. If it was noticed during the ultrasound, nothing was said. I was due to have surgery, so I came out, the reaction was professional, he said he would let the team know. In my 4-day stay, so many people saw my genitals, but there was not one enquiry, not one stupid remark, not even surprised looks! I was called a penis (without having asked for it or mentioned it), even though it's not ‘medically’, so I wouldn't be outed to my roommates. Really good!’
