"I had explained in advance by email when making an appointment that I am transident (note: no VÄ/PÄ yet) and I was immediately addressed correctly as "Mr" by all the staff and the doctor himself, and no fuss was made about my transidentity. My requested first name was already on the patient admission form, although different from the insurance card. The questions the doctor asked concerning my HRT were medically/professionally comprehensible and relevant."
