"The practice staff are really lovely, with a great sense of humour, and treat everyone with a lot of respect. Names and pronouns are no problem, and during the subsequent consultation with the doctor, she respectfully asked again to make sure it was entered correctly in the system and asked how we would like to be addressed (e.g. binary form of address + surname, surname only or first name, surname and first name, etc.). In my experience, everyone at the practice is wonderful :)"
