"The staff were friendly when I contacted them. When I explained that I am trans and asked them to use a different form of address, they complied without any problems. I stuck with binary forms of address. I don't know what their stance is on non-binary people. I can't say what the registration form or similar documents look like, as I had already been to the practice before. "
