"I have been undergoing regular GP treatment there since summer 2021, mostly with Dr Henzgen, so the recommendation is formulated for her even if the experiences with Dr Odefey have been good but only sporadic. Regular patients can pre-order prescriptions and referrals online. All members of the practice team and both doctors in the group practice respect the chosen form of address. If a mistake is made, they will apologise. The interaction is respectful and friendly, even when it's busy."
