"The doctor is very sensitive and nice. She takes complaints seriously and doesn't scrutinise them. She responded to an outing in a friendly and confident manner (i.e. not overwhelmed or "pitying"). She issued a referral to endocrinology for hormone replacement therapy without questioning. The staff are sometimes a bit cool to deal with. They are not unfriendly, just not cordial. But I also feel comfortable as an anxious patient."
