"Everyone has always been very encouraging to me during intramuscular injections of the hormone preparation, as it can sometimes hurt. I was always asked whether everything was OK, whether it hurt, whether I should inject more slowly, etc. I was also asked several times during the blood test (which takes place every 36-48 weeks) whether everything was OK (because I was looking away). Overall, the practice staff seem very empathetic. There is a telephone number. However, they answer by email faster than you can reach someone on the phone (answering machine, busy, outside opening hours, etc.)."
