She was very empathetic and friendly throughout the entire diagnostic process and was also available to support me afterwards by email. She helped me, for example, by writing me a long email in which she explained the gender-specific facets of neurodivergence again and helped me to take my symptoms seriously, even if they don't fit the cis-male mould."
